Wednesday at 8:19 a.m., police responded to State Street, where Bousley J. Baptiste, 19, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant.

Thursday at 2:22 a.m., a traffic stop was made at the intersection of Water and Bond streets. Nicholas A. Farrell, 32, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence with a prior conviction.
