IN SKOWHEGAN, Thursday at 12:07 a.m., Robert White, 49, of China, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with a prior conviction.

1:32 a.m., Harold Francis Parker, 51, of Skowhegan, was arrested for an alleged violation of a protective order.

6:14 a.m., William Foster, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

10:25 a.m., Khanh Quoc Le, 46, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.
