I am a handicapped man and I have an electric scooter, which I enjoy riding over the Two Cent Bridge and going to Waterville shopping.
That is, I have up until now. The last time I entered the REM Center took the elevator to the third floor to use the facilities, I came face-to-face with a locked door, with a sign saying it was for patrons only.
Needless to say, I won’t be able to go for a trip to Waterville and the farmer’s market anymore.
