The United States has come full circle in 239 years of independence: from being a subject of the king to becoming a democracy of citizens to a commodity of the bank and government.

Our Supreme Court says corporations are people, that individual people are commodities and that the commodities (formerly known as people) must insure the owner (the government) against loss.

We once had an army of citizen soldiers called the War Department and no war; now we have a mercenary arrmy called the Defense Department, which is constantly at war.

We once had a stable dollar backed by gold; now we pay two cents to make one penny.

Since to resist is futile and representation is non-existent, I have decided that all my future taxes and penalties for not buying insurance will be paid in U.S. currency of pennies and nickels.

I plan to do this because government does not understand hard work or the value of a dollar; after handling 1,000 pounds perhaps it might comprehend both.
