Promoting downtown Waterville is a good thing, except for one detail: lack of public restroom facilities.

I think promoting Main Street shopping and dining is a very good move. In theory, I support the concept, but I believe the lack of public restrooms is a hindrance to what city leaders are trying to achieve. I would ask anyone interested in this subject to weigh in on this.
