It is essential to select a candidate for Waterville City Council who can bring fresh ideas on how to approach problems in the community in a way that will be effective and heartfelt.

Candidate Steve Soule can guarantee this approach. I have come to know Soule well during the past eight years. He was my administrator and quickly became so much more than that. He is now my mentor, supporter and friend.
