WATERVILLE — A Tuition Free Rapid Tax Course will be offered Dec. 7-11 at Liberty Tax Service. The course will be from 5 to 9 p.m. each day.

People will be taught how to prepare taxes for individuals and small businesses. This is free to the public, and the company will hire employees out of the class.
