The Fourth annual Gingerbread Competition, sponsored by Michael and Amy Fitzpatrick of Weber/All Points Insurance in Madison, recently was held with 15 entries. This year’s theme was Animals and/or Fish.

The winners:

• Adult entry: Amanda Gagnon, of North Anson, won Decorator’s and People’s Choice.

• Children Ages 5-8 entries: Cedric Gagnon, of North Anson, won Decorators Choice; and Haley McFadyen, of North Anson, won People’s Choice.

• Children Ages 9-12 entries: Shyanne Holmes, of North Anson, won Decorator’s Choice; and Nevaeh Holmes, of North Anson, won People’s Choice.

• Group Entires: Jen Holmes and family, of North Anson, won Decorator’s Choice; and Barbara, Tatum, Addyson and Aaliyeh Jordan, of Anson, tied with Camden National Bank of Madison, won the People’s Choice.

Judging was provided by Charlotte Withee and Mike Hunt, owner/decorator from the Bankery in Skowhegan.

The theme for 2016 will be Your Favorite Holiday.
