Friday, a 2002 GMC Sonoma being driven east on Gardiner Road by a 28-year-old Jamaican man went off the road and rolled over into a ditch when the driver fell asleep.

ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Monday at 9:54 a.m., Timothy Ray Bellavance, 47, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant and new charges of theft by receiving stolen property, misuse of identification, violating conditions of release and two counts of forgery on Winthrop Street.
Tuesday at 3:22 a.m., Dustin Patrick David Hollingsworth, 33, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of failure to pay fines on State Street.
WHITEFIELD
Thursday, Brandon R. Metten, 19, of South China, was arrested on charges of violating a protective order and violating conditions of release on Vigue Road.
