Four members of the Maine Legislature have asked Kennebec County District Attorney Maeghan Maloney to launch a criminal investigation into Gov. Paul LePage’s behavior and actions.
Maloney has recently charged former Waterville High School Principal Don Reiter with the crime of official oppression.
I cannot speak to the merits of Reiter’s case, but official oppression surely seems to be an appropriate charge to bring against LePage.
