Owner Sierra Miner says her 4-year-old Appaloosa mare, Lucy, was struck by a vehicle in her yard and dragged to its death, but police say they haven’t found any evidence that a vehicle struck the horse.

Attorney General Janet Mills will lead a forum on how to avoid scams and use her office’s resources in response to fraud.

‘Domestive violence affects everyone,’ the organiztion’s executive director said in a statement.
