I am writing to express my strong support and endorsement of Terry Berry as the Democratic nominee for the upcoming primary election in state Senate District 14. I have found Terry to be personable, sincere and forthright in his views.

Berry is responsive to concerns and knows the district well. He has spent almost his entire professional career helping people find, buy or sell a good home. Being a Realtor is a deeply personal profession, it requires tact, finesse and the ability to help people with differing viewpoints to find common ground.

I think these skills have served Terry well as a Gardiner city councilor and will serve all of us well in the Senate. He can win in the general election and I believe that we need to do our part to renew our state’s democracy by returning a Democratic majority to the Senate in November.
