KINGSTON, R.I. — The University of Rhode Island recently announce that more than 4,986 undergraduates qualified for the 2016 spring semester dean’s list.

The following area students earned a spot on that list:

Madeline Wiegman, of Leeds, Maine; Brett Edward Glasheen, of Belgrade, Maine; Emilie Marie Burrill, of Topsham, Maine; Alec Foster Stanley, of Manchester, Maine; Alexandria M Jarvais, of Madison, Maine; and Rachel Cambridge Pratt, of Cornville, Maine.

To be included on the dean’s list, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average.
