Thirty years ago I picked up the Morning Sentinel and there was my daughter on the front page with her cap and gown sitting with her classmates during her graduation. Her name was Heidi Lizotte (now Huard) and she was a 1986 graduate.

On a recent morning, I picked up the Morning Sentinel and on the front page is my grandson, Jordan Huard, Heidi’s son, as one of the grand marshals of the Waterville High School 2016 graduates.

How cool is that?
