IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 7:20 a.m., Dolan Commoss, 21, of Windham, was arrested on three charges of violating a condition of release.
9:03 a.m., Lucas Campbell, 35, of Phillips, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, with one prior conviction.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 11:18 a.m., Dillon James Peterson, 24, of Clinton, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
5:32 p.m., Douglas Rackliff Merrifield, 34, of Rockland, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
6 p.m., Jarrod Agnew Russell, 34, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle after a habitual offender revocation, violating a condition of release, burglary, criminal mischief and two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
