Hello county residents. I am very excited to be a candidate for the position of commissioner this year as I truly believe I have many fresh perspectives to offer our region.

As a selectman in Manchester the past 10 years, I have a proven record of getting results. As a commissioner, I would build on this work to:

• Increase partnerships with behavioral agencies and our hospital network to reduce our jail population and increase treatment options to reduce recurrences;

• Bring more voices to the table by proposing a county charter to add more local service options and adding two more commission members while keeping this budget line flat; and

• Increase communication regarding county activities and reduce spending as our towns have seen the budget increase considerably over the past 10 years.
