I want to make public my support for re-election of Cathy Nadeau to represent the people of House District 78 (Winslow and southern Benton) in the Maine Legislature.

Cathy has represented us very well for the last four years. This experience will help her to do even better during the next two years. She strongly supports more state funding for schools and for municipal government, thereby reducing the need to have property tax increases.

She also has an excellent voting record in support of environmental legislation. She supports continuing the net-metering program that encourages installation of solar panels to generate electricity from the sun instead of from fossil fuel, with perhaps some minor adjustments.

Cathy Nadeau understands the needs of people in her district and will use her influence to continue to make good legislation for us during the next two years.
