I am writing is support of Ed Hastings’ bid for re-election to the Augusta school board.

I have been a friend and neighbor of Ed’s for a long time. He is a kind, thoughtful and deliberative person. Ed will continue to work hard for us and the students. Ed has a background in engineering and brings a unique perspective to board.

We are lucky to have a competent and dedicated school board and we should keep Ed as part of it.
