I believe Augusta’s Ward 3 will agree the City Council needs a true fiscal conservative again. As a former city councilor I gained a reputation as the taxpayers’ strongest advocate for holding down property taxes. Over 30 years I saved Augusta tens of thousands of dollars by volunteering my time and talents as an engineer to maintain Augusta’s traffic signal systems.

My family has a strong history in Augusta. My mother was a Desjardins. My wife is the former Claudette Ouimette. I desire to serve Ward 3 in the tradition of outgoing councilor Pat Paradis, who did such a great job for Augusta’s north end.

I believe in economic progress (jobs) and investment in education while finding ways to live within a sound conservative budget without increasing the burden on Augusta taxpayers. I am not accepting financial contributions. I’m relying on average voters to help “bring Koski back.”
