If not for Narcan, she would be dead. My daughter, who has struggled with opiate addiction, was saved by Narcan. Narcan gave her a second chance at being a productive member of society and allowed her to seek treatment. If not for Henry Beck, and his proactive stance on addiction, people in Maine who struggle with this terrible disease will not have an opportunity to get a second chance.

Scott Cyrway seems unwilling or unable to understand the addiction epidemic has reached critical mass in this State. Beck supports law enforcement and also knows that Maine’s Legislature has an obligation to be responsive to this medical crisis.

Special interests supporting Cyrway can spend thousands of dollars in attacks to distort Henry’s record. It will not change my mind and local people will not be fooled.

I will vote for Henry Beck. He helped save my daughter’s life.
