I am a combat veteran, Donald Trump is not. John McCain is a combat veteran. I don’t always agree with John McCain but I respect him. Donald Trump does not. I have worked as a psychotherapist for over 30 years. I have specialized in post-traumatic stress disorder. Every one of the veterans with PTSD that I have treated is a strong person who survived extreme experiences and deserves the respect of every American. When a man who avoided service has the nerve to disrespect these veterans, it is not just a failure to be politically correct, it is dishonorable.

Gold Star parents have the right to support any candidate that they choose; when a man who has never served insults Gold Star parents it is dishonorable. I ask my fellow veterans to stop listening to Donald’s hot air, observe his behavior, which has always served no one but Donald, and give him a dishonorable discharge. You cannot make America great by dishonoring America’s best.
