Gov. Paul LePage is wrong (article, “LePage says Susan Collins wanted post in Clinton administration,” Nov. 10). Sen. Susan Collins is a very smart and knowledgeable lady, she is a credit to the state of Maine in D.C., and we are proud of her.

She is not a puppet but votes her conscience for the good of all of us, independents, Democrats or Republicans. If only there were more people like Collins in all forms of government we would not be in the mess we find ourselves. LePage should think twice before criticizing others.
