FAIRFIELD — The United Way of Mid-Maine’s Mad Hatter Gala and Auction is set for 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at Kennebec Valley Community College.

United Way of Mid-Maine’s annual fundraiser offers dinner, music, a cash bar, and both a silent and a live auction.

Attendees are encouraged to dress as a character from “Alice in Wonderland.” Festive hats will also be available for a modest donation.

Auction items include a Wiscasset Raceway Coastal 200 VIP package and tickets to see Green Day live. For additional auction items, visit www.uwmm.org.

Tickets cost $50 per person or $360 for a table of eight.
