PORTALES, New Mexico — Brittanie Owen, of Augusta, Maine, has been named to the 2016 fall semester dean’s list at Eastern New Mexico University.

To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours with a grade-point average between 3.25 and 4.0.
