AUGUSTA — City police said Monday they’re looking for an Augusta man not seen since he missed a planned meeting with a friend on March 2.
Scott Milliken, 54, of Water Street, Augusta, was expected to meet with a friend but did not make the meeting, the friend told police. Police said he hasn’t been seen or heard from since approximately 8 p.m. on that day.
According to a news release Monday from the Augusta Police Department, detectives have spoken with his friends and relatives and are seeking the public’s help in locating him. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, police asked they call Detective Tori Tracy at 626-2370, extension 3437.
Police said Milliken’s cellphone and other personal items that people typically carry on them when they go somewhere were left behind at his residence.
