POTSDAM, N.Y. — Two local students were named to the 2017 spring semester dean’s list at Clarkson University.

They are Justin Cruz, of Waterville, a senior majoring in chemical engineering; and Ben Thibert, of Oakland, a sophomore majoring in aeronautical engineering.

Dean’s list students must achieve a minimum 3.25 grade-point average and also carry at least 14 credit hours.
