Falmouth police are urging caution by residents after the town experienced “a rash of home burglaries in the last few weeks.”

In a post on the police department’s Facebook page, police said they are growing concerned because many of the break-ins are happening when the occupants are at home. A couple of burglaries have taken place overnight.
