Gov. Paul LePage consides teachers a “dime a dozen.” (”At new Cianbro facility, LePage praises vocational training, calls teachers ‘a dime a dozen’,” Aug. 17). OK. He should go teach a class for 12 days, and I will send him a dime.

If you can read, thank a teacher. If you can spell, thank a teacher. If you can add, thank a teacher.

If you made it to being the governor of your state, thank a teacher.
