Community Spay-Neuter Clinic of Topsham asks residents of Androscoggin, Kennebec, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln and Oxford counties who are feeding, or have knowledge of unowned, or “Community Cats” (barn, feral, stray) to call the clinic to schedule spay-neuter and vaccination against rabies. This service is free.

For locations within approximately an hour drive from the Topsham Clinic, Community Spay-Neuter Clinic can provide free humane trapping and transportation, both to and from surgery. The Clinic also accepts kittens for placement into foster homes for adoption.
