Arrests

Also no time given, Christopher Smith, 43, of Phillips, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and possession of scheduled drugs.

Sunday, no time given, Brett Tozier, 23, of Jay, was arrested and charged with OUI.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 7:03 p.m., Christopher Aaron Park, 39, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant and charged with failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth.
