Majority votes in Oakland and Sidney favor passage while vote tallies in Rome, China and Belgrade have yet to be received.

Oakland has yet to report the results of the Republican legislative primary.

Karen Kusiak, a former Colby professor, defeated Steve Russell, the Winslow Town Council chairman, in Tuesday’s primary.

Voters approved the budget by a 2-1 margin.
