Monmouth/Winthrop Adult & Community Education will hold its spring orientation for new academic students from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 39A Highland Ave., Winthrop. Classes begin the week of Jan. 22.

Registration is appreciated, but not mandatory. Other times are available by appointment.

Some of the courses offered include Adult Basic Education, High School Diploma, HiSET Diploma, College, Career, WorkReady, English Language Learner and Accuplacer prep.
