WATERVILLE — Keegan Farnham scored 18 points and Josh Brown added 12 as the Valley boys basketball team rallied past Temple 49-47 in a Class D South game Monday night.

Joey Thomas scored nine points and Mason Wyman chipped in eight for Valley (8-1), which trailed 41-32 entering the fourth quarter.

Nikola Kevic scored a game-high 19 points and Nicholas Blaisdell added 14 to lead Temple (3-5).

HALL-DALE 50, OAK HILL 49: The Bulldogs held a one-point lead after three quarters and held on for the Mountain Valley Conference win in Wales.

Alec Byron scored 16 points to lead Hall-Dale (8-0) while Ashtyn Abbott added 12.

Darryn Bailey scored a game-high 20 points and Gavin Rawstron added 11 to pace Oak Hill (4-5).

GIRLS BASKETBALL

MCI 45, MOUNT VIEW 39: Sydney Farrar and Christa Carr each scored 11 points to lead the Huskies (7-2) to the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B win in Thorndike.

Andrea Crosby scored a game-high 17 points and Shaila Davis added 12 for the Mustangs (1-6).
