SOUTH CHINA — Jordan Roddy scored 10 of his team-high 20 points in the fourth quarter to lead Cony past Erskine 56-46 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A boys basketball game Monday.

Dakota Dearborn scored 13 points for Cony (6-5), hitting three 3-pointers along the way.

Jack Jowett scored 23 points and Braden Soule had 14 for Erskine (3-7).

BOYS BASKETBALL

MARANACOOK 82, MOUNT VIEW 55: Silas Mohlar scored 14 points to lead a balanced attack for the Black Bears in a KVAC B win in Readfield.

Bryan Riley added 13 points for Maranacook (8-3) while Cash McClure (12 points), Mitch Root (11) and Aric Belanger (10) were also in double figures.

Mount View (1-9) was led by Kyle Noble with 15 points and Max Tomlin with 11.

TEMPLE ACADEMY 65, VINALHAVEN 36: Nikola Kekic scored 20 points and Ilija Ivkovic added 19 points to lead the Bereans to an East/West victory over the Vikings in Vinalhaven.

Nathaniel Wiles, Gabe Shepherd and Nicholas Blaisdell each added six points for Temple (4-6).

Keon Arey led Vinalhaven (0-12) with 14 points.

NOKOMIS 60, BREWER 41: Zach Hartsgrove scored 24 points to lead the Warriors to the KVAC A win in Brewer.

Josh Smestad added 14 points for Nokomis (6-5), which led 33-19 at the half.

Trever Pearson had eight points for Brewer (3-8).

RANGELEY 59, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 51: Kyle LaRochelle scored 32 points to lead the Lakers to the Class D win at the University of Maine at Farmington.

Kenny Thompson added nine points for Rangeley (8-4).

Jet Archer paced Seacoast (6-4) with 23 points.

SKOWHEGAN 57, MT. BLUE 38: Marcus Christopher scored nine of his 21 points in the second quarter when the Indians pulled away for the KVAC A win in Skowhegan.

Cam Barnes added 15 points for Skowhegan (8-4).

Marshall Doyon led the Cougars (0-11) with 11 points and James Anderson added nine.
