Midcoast Lyme Disease Support & Education will host its Fourth annual Midcoast Lyme Disease Support Conference from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at the Augusta Civic Center, 76 Community Drive in Augusta. Doors will open at 7 a.m. for registration.

The free event will feature more than 40 speakers, 100 exhibitors, breakout sessions and free CME credits for medical providers.
