Travis Mills joined the staff and students at Manchester Elementary on May 23 to share his motivational story. Not only is he a parent at the school, but an inspiring war veteran from the community.

Mills, along with his foundation, The Travis Mills Foundation, offer support to veterans and the community.

Mills talked with the students about his motto, “Never give up, never quit.”

The event was a kickoff to the school’s Penny Challenge. Starting Monday, June 4, until Friday, June 8, the school will collect coins to donate to the Travis Mills Foundation. To donate to the Travis Mills Foundation, visit www.amazon.com.
