NORTH ANSON — The entire staff and student body from the Carrabec Community School walked to the North Anson Fire Department on Wednesday, Dec. 19, and sang Christmas carols around the Christmas tree. Superintendent Mike Tracy, along with many community members and Officer Mike Pike also joined in the celebration.
Santa Claus and the school’s own Carrabec Cobra mascot came by fire truck and enjoyed singing along as well. The event was organized by music teacher Dan Gilbert and Principal Thomas Desjardins. Everyone went back to school was treated hot cocoa and cookies organized by the Parent Teacher Organization.
