After coming home from work on Tuesday, our TV was on and a news channel was reporting on a motorist being taken out of his vehicle. While sitting on the ground, he was repeatedly punched, pushed and finally kicked in the face knocking him unconscious and bleeding from his head.
This happened in Portland, Oregon by “protesters.” Later, the same evening, while watching another news channel, there was no mention of this violent and senseless attack. There was “Breaking News” that Ellen DeGeneres apologized to her staff.
Seriously, where is the outcry, the continued coverage and replay after replay of this horrific event? Where are the actors, singers and political figures outraged at this allowed behavior? They must be too busy watching “Ellen” and following her motto, “Be kind to one another.”
