
Glenna Lois (Campbell) Hodgdon
ROCKLEDGE, Fla. – Glenna Lois (Campbell) Hodgdon of Cocoa, Fla., passed on April 7, 2021.Born in Wade, Aroostook County, Feb. 15, 1935, Glenna is the daughter of Rubert W. Campbell and Helen M. Philbrook. A 1953 graduate of Lawrence High School, Fairfield, she studied at Eastern Maine General Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a RN in Maine and Pennsylvania. In addition to her family, she loved music (playing piano and saxophone) as well as horses, swimming, ice skating, biking, kayaking, dancing, painting, and the Maine coast. She was predeceased by her first husband, Howard I. Brubaker, Wernersville, Pa. and her husband, Alonzo H. Hodgdon, Mount Desert, and Cocoa, Fla. She is survived by a sister, Terry (Gerald) York, of Fairfield; also four sons, a stepson and a stepdaughter, David (Debbie) Brubaker and Dennis Brubaker of Pennsylvania, Jonathan (Libby) Brubaker of Florida, Jerome Brubaker of New York, Steve Hodgdon, of Mount Desert, and Pat (Danny) Turner, of Littleton. She has six grandchildren and one step-grandchild, Emily Huie, Josh (Meghan) Brubaker and Ben Brubaker of Pennsylvania; Chris Brubaker of North Carolina, Bill (Kris) Brubaker of Arizona, Brad (Katie) Brubaker of Netherlands, and Chris Turner of Rhode Island; as well as four great-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.Future service private.
