WATERVILLE – Lawrence G. Peace, 67, of Waterville, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021 at home. He was born in Waterville on April 21, 1953, the son of Gordon and Margaret (Carey) Peace. Larry was in the marines where he was a demolitions expert. He was a chef at a Mexican restaurant, T-Woodys. He loved racing, wrestling, westerns and his grandsons. He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers; and best friend, Danny Burgess. He is survived by his daughter, Jamie Maheu of Benton; his best friend and roommate, Fred Gervais, who was there until the end; two grandsons, Allen Libby and James Howard-Millett, who were his pride and joy; three sisters, Jeanann, Judy, Charline and brother, Bruce; and lots of nieces and nephews.Arrangements were entrusted to Dan and Scott’s Cremation. A celebration for Larry will be at a later date.
