HALLOWELL — The Goodrich-Caldwell American Legion Post 6 plans to conduct a Memorial Day service at 10 a.m. Monday, May 31.
The service will begin at the Civil War Monument at the South end of the Hallowell Cemetery, then proceed to the north end at the Legion Park.
Members will next travel to the Hallowell Public Boat Launch to honor the servicemen from the USS Maine.
All are welcome to attend this year’s service to honor veterans of all wars and conflicts.
