SKOWHEGAN/DETROIT – Robert V. Ashe, 72, son of the late Robert and Emma (Foster) Ashe, died peacefully on June 28, 2021 in Skowhegan.Raised in Detroit, Robert graduated from Maine Central Institute in 1967 and from the University of Maine at Orono in 1971, where he was active in his fraternity ATO.By profession Bob was a cook in Florida, New York, Boston and Maine. As a loving son, brother, and nephew, he provided care for his family and shared time and his many talents with family, friends and neighbors.
