One might argue there’s dysfunction in every family. Then there’s the Todd family — a father who abandoned his alcoholic wife, a son who became a lonely workaholic and a daughter whose career thrived, but marriage failed, and you’ve got a recipe for conflict when they unite.
But add to the mix the ‘other’ woman and an escort hired to pose as the son’s fiancé and the laughs and drama come fast and furious.
Why is dad coming to visit? How could he abandon his children? Why does Joe have to hire an escort? What will Carrie say to her father? What about René, an unemployed single mom on her first date as an escort and desperate to put food on the table for her nine-year-old daughter?
Tickets purchased in advance cost $23 for adults, $17 for children, $33 for cabaret seating; or $25, $19 or $36 at the door. Tickets are non-refundable.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
