VIENNA— The Vienna Union Hall at 5 Vienna Mountain Road is to reopen Saturday, July 31, after missing the 2020 season because of the coronavirus.
The 7 p.m. show will be a fundraising concert featuring John Archard and the Hiram Knightly Band.
Tickets will be available at the door with the suggested donation of $12. Because of the coronavirus all attendees must be fully vaccinated, or masks are required.
Before the pandemic the hall hosted Dave Mallet, Jonathan Edwards, the Mallet Brothers, and the Katahdin Valley Boys.
For more information, contact Archard, of the Vienna Union Hall Association, at 207-293-2674 or [email protected], or visit sites.google.com/site/viennaunionhall2012.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
