Arthur C. McKee

WEST GARDINER – Arthur C. McKee passed away on Feb. 3, 2021. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Oct. 18, 1925.

He served in World War II Major Conflicts. Arthur was the former president of McKee Construction Co. in Pittston.

Arthur was predeceased by his loving wife, Ada McKee; his infant son, David; mother, Dorothea McKee, father, Arthur McKee Sr.; and sister, Dorothy Dodge.

He is survived by his sons William (Merrilyn) of Gardiner and Robert (Deborah) of West Gardiner; grandchildren Jenny, Billy, Jessica, Kenny , Jeffery, Carrie and Julie; great-grandchildren Nicole, George, Daisy, Abigail, Hunter, Sidney, Piper, Brady, Kaitlyn and Kylie.

A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday Oct. 3 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Bob McKee’s, 97 Stoneham Dr., West Gardiner. Come share memories of Artie.
