KINGSBURY PLANTATION – Lester W. Erving, 76, passed away Oct. 25, 2021, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Mass. He was born Feb. 25, 1945, in Wellington, the son of Perley and Frances (Stewart) Erving.
Lester appreciated the outdoors, spent a lot of time hunting and fishing, and lived in the woods off-grid for many years. He enjoyed being a mechanic and working on automobiles.
Lester is survived by his two sons, Leroy and Fred Erving; four grandchildren, Cassandra Erving, Ashley Russell and her husband Tyler, Nathan Peters and his wife Delthea, and Zackary Roberts; brother, Daniel Erving; two sisters, Mildred Huff and Deborah Morrison; two former spouses, Irene Erving and Sherry Erving; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was predeceased by his parents; and two brothers, Theodore and Jeff Erving.
