Melissa Mae Musselman

MOUNT VERNON – Melissa Mae Musselman, 31, of Mount Vernon, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She was born in Augusta on Nov. 21, 1989 to Daryl Hebb Thibodeau and Matthew Scott Musselman.

She is survived by her children, Cameryn, Jaelyn, and Nova Boynton; siblings Mathew Musselman and fiance Ashley, Michael Musselman and friend Abby, Sarah Chizmar and Louis Chizmar; her mother and stepdad, Daryl and Michael Chizmar; her grandparents Brenda and Bob Barber; as well as many aunts and uncles, a nephew and lots of cousins.

She was predeceased by her dad, Matthew Scott Musselman; her maternal grandfather, Larry Thibodeau, and her paternal great- grandparents, Dick and Iona Dunn.

Melissa enjoyed being in the outdoors, going fishing, taking long walks in the woods and going to the ocean. She was very proud of her three children and loved them very much.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, Nov. 21, at 2 o’clock at the Dunn’s Corner Baptist Church, 238 Wings Mills Road, Mount Vernon, Maine, for her closest friends and family.
