Snow Pond will present a Shemekia Copeland Concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, at Snow Pond Center for the Arts, 8 Goldenrod Lane, Sidney.
With a recording career that began in 1998 at age 18, award-winning vocalist Shemekia Copeland has grown to become one of the most talented and passionately candid artists on today’s roots music scene.
A pre-show holiday dinner will be served in Snow Pond’s Historic Lodge. A prix fixe holiday menu will begin with prime rib or stuffed portobello mushrooms and end with a winter berry crumble.
Tickets cost $75 for the pre-show holiday dinner and concert or $35 for the concert only.
Snow Pond Center for the Arts will require proof of vaccination (or a negative COVID-19 test) and recommends masking at all indoor events.
