
Gerald E. Clement
PITTSFIELD – Gerald E. Clement, 64, died on Dec. 1, 2021, in Canaan. Gerald was born on April 13, 1957, the son of Errol and Caroline (Haskell) Clement.
He worked maintenance and repair at Rod’s Cycle and RV in Madison for the last ten years and could fix just about anything.
He was an easy going guy, though at times outspoken, and was always keeping busy doing projects. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed hunting, going camping and fishing, and he really liked snowmobiling. He was a master mechanic and had owned and operated Clement’s Garage in Benton for several years.
He is survived by his two sons, Oopie Clement and his fiancée Heather Robinson of Fairfield and Travis Clement of Canaan; two grandchildren, Desiree and Harper; his mother, Caroline Clement; his siblings, Mike Clement and wife Ruth, David Clement, Carol Dudley and husband David, Pam Smith and husband Walter, Bernard Clement and wife Tanda, Roger Clement, Brenda Coombs and husband Carl, Sandra Perrine and husband Don, and Wendall Clement; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Luky.
He was predeceased by his father, Errol Clement; and his brother Ezzie Clement.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021, at the Shorey-Nichols Funeral Home, 191 Hartland Ave., Pittsfield, Maine.
