SALEM — Jackson Arbour scored 16 points to lead the Oak Hill boys basketball team to a 52-49 victory over Mt. Abram in a Mountain Valley Conference game Monday night.
ed the Raiders (1-0) with 16 points in a victory over the Roadrunner (0-2) in Salem.
Caden Thompson had nine points for Oak Hill (1-0).
Payton Mitchell led Mt. Abram (0-2) with 14 points while Wyatt Siemenski and Cameron Grey each had nine.
FOREST HILLS 79, GREENVILLE 30: Mason Desjardins had a triple-double — 24 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists — to lead the Tigers in Jackman.
Braidan Welch scored 26 points and had six steals for Forest Hills (2-0). Jackman Daigle added 14 points.
Dominick Murray led Greenville (0-1) with 13 points.

VALLEY 63, PINE TREE ACADEMY 26: Brody Ricker’s 18 points helped the Cavaliers (1-0) down the Breakers (0-1) in the season-opener for both teams in Bingham.
Fisher Tewksbory added 10 points for Valley. Ben Ndamukunda led PTA with 15 points.
CARRABEC 58, TELSTAR 34: Luke Carey scored 36 points to lead the Cobras to a season-opening win in an MVC game against the Rebels in Telstar.
Daniel Handley added 10 points for Carrabec (1-0).
Brayden Stevens led Telstar (0-1) with 12 points.

CARRABEC 56, TELSTAR 24: Brooke Welch scored 15 points to lead the Cobras in an MVC game.
Lindsay Hamilton scored 13 points, while Courtney Rollins added 10 points for the Cobras (1-0).

FOREST HILLS 39, GREENVILLE 31: Hailey Welch scored a game-high 13 points to lead the Tigers to the East/West Conference win in Jackman.
Grace Allen added six points for Forest Hills (2-0).
Lila Kronholm scored nine points to lead Greenville (0-1).
VALLEY 50, PINE TREE ACADEMY 21: Brielle Hill scored 19 points to lead the Cavaliers in Bingham.
Emily Collins and Madeline Hill each added 10 points for Valley (1-0).
